April 2025  - Q Capital signs lease with Feel at Home

March 2025 - Q Capital investors meeting Amsterdam

We are happy to announce that our annual meeting in Amsterdam was an enormous success! We started with presenting the development progress and budget, the investors were very pleased to see the results, because it exceeded all expectations. 

Furthermore we agreed on a capital roll over from the first to the second project and on top of that an extra capital call from the current investors of EUR 1.500.000 for the 

February 2025 - Development Q City on track!

This week I visit Estepona to meet with my partner and go over all the details of the project and also feel what is happing in the day to day operation. After our meeting and some handshaking with suppliers and stakeholders we visited it the Q City development!

A real big compliment to Camila (Architect) and her team of over 15 workers and specialists. It is amazing what has been accomplished in so little time.

I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

January 2025 - Bloqhouse and Q Capital sign agreement on Investors Portal

Growth can come with some bumps and that is why we invested before the growth that we foresee in a solid and professional portal for our investors. Bloqhouse is one of the leaders in this segment and services clients like Annexum, Meerdervoort and Broccoli Crowd funding. We cannot wait to start with the implementation! 

November 2024 - Q Capital buys Buana Vista hotel Estepona

After negotiating over half a year we are very proud to announce that Q Capital and QNTK bought hotel Buana Vista in Estepona. This dated hotel is situated beach front in the center, one of the best locations of Estepona!

The transaction wil take place in July 2025, we start working right away on our development plans to make this location one of the nicest in Estepona!
