Q Capital Cv is het investering vehicle en de economisch eigenaar voor de ontwikkelingen en eindbeleggingen van QNTK, de juridische bewaarder van het onroerend goed in Spanje.

 

Wij werken met een klein, maar ervaren team naast ons grote netwerk. Graag maken wij kort alvast kennis met u.

Q Capital Cv is the investment vehicle and economic owner for the developments and final investments of QNTK, the legal custodian of the real estate in Spain.

 

We work with a small but experienced team in addition to our large network. We would like to get to know you briefly.

Johan Franck - Managing Director (CFO)

The last 15 years Johan Franck built up a large network in the finance (real estate) branch as an entrepreneur, in particular by structuring financial products for real estate projects, both in the commercial and the housing industry. Johan worked for several family offices, entrepreneurs and Dutch real estate funds as an advisory consultant, brooker and negotiator.

Federico Leonhardt - Managing Director (COO)

With more than 2 decades developing real estate in Argentina and Uruguay, mister Federico Leonhardt  has developed houses and apartments in the most prestigious country clubs in the Polo´s World Capital, Pilar, Argentina, he has been a consultant for the primary developers in Pilar, including five of the biggest country clubs, has developed more than 11 hectares of land in Laguna Garzón, Punta del Este, Uruguay.

With a background in customer service and human resources, Millie is a certified professional Ontological Coach with academic training in Law and Psychology.
