Due to the well-considered structure, you invest in the Netherlands but at the returns of the Spanish market. Our working method is simple and transparent:
- We buy existing off-market positions with our own resources
- We develop these positions for our final customer
- We manage the leased final investment
With this approach, you share in the development return and have a solid final investment at a high and higher average return.
